Got Jam? is a free, informational tool that estimates causeway/checkpoint crossing conditions between Singapore and Johor Bahru by aggregating public community reports (Telegram and Facebook groups, listed on our Sources & credits page), official traffic data (LTA DataMall camera images, bus arrival times), and reports submitted directly by users. There's no account, no login, and no payment required to use it.

The Jam Score is an estimate, not a fact. It's built from crowd-sourced posts, AI-read text, and public data feeds — all of which can be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or missing entirely for a given checkpoint at a given moment.

Real waits can differ from the score. Clearance times change quickly with customs booth manpower, weather, security checks, and accidents or other incidents — often faster than any report or feed can catch. Official instructions from ICA, LTA, and Malaysian immigration always take precedence over anything shown here.

Got Jam? is provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not affiliated with LTA, JPJ, the Singapore or Malaysian governments, or any checkpoint authority. For anything safety-critical or time-critical, check official sources directly.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Got Jam? and whoever operates it are not liable for any loss, delay, missed appointment, or other damage arising from a decision made using the score, a report, or any other content on this site.

Traffic camera images shown on the site come from LTA DataMall and remain the property of the Land Transport Authority.

By submitting a jam report, you're telling us what you're genuinely observing at that moment. Please don't:

• Submit a report you know to be false or exaggerated.
• Spam the same checkpoint repeatedly to game the score.
• Include anyone else's personal information, or anything abusive, illegal, or unrelated to traffic conditions, in the free-text field.

Report content may be shown publicly on the site (as part of "Latest reports") and is kept as described in our Privacy Policy. We may remove or ignore any report at our discretion, without notice.

Posts read from the Telegram and Facebook groups listed on our Sources & credits page belong to their original authors. We aggregate and score public posts from those groups; we don't claim to have written them, and we don't verify or endorse their accuracy any more than we verify a self-submitted report.

Please don't scrape, automate against, or attempt to overload Got Jam?'s servers beyond normal personal use, and don't try to interfere with the service or access parts of it you're not meant to. We may block traffic that looks abusive.

Got Jam? links to or embeds third-party services — Waze's live map, Telegram and Facebook groups, LTA DataMall, and the Ko-fi tip page. Each is governed by that service's own terms, and we're not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Got Jam? is an actively developed, solo-run project. Features, scoring logic, and these terms can change at any time; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Got Jam? is operated out of Singapore and primarily serves the Singapore–Johor Bahru crossing community. These terms are governed by Singapore law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live, including Malaysia.
